Agree, they would be completing a raising to instos, and keep the market happy. This wouldn't be the major cornerstone investor yet...but enough to let the market know they have cash for the next 9 months, until which a majot investor will jump in.
Plenty of newsflow to come in next 2-3 months.

-if successful on crown coal leases (this is massive)
-JORC resource of Coalspur tenement.
It's a bargain at these prices when compared to other developers.
SP weakness, equals opportunity to collect more around the placement price.
