    This is a disaster and exactly why we needed Davo22 on the board to stop these dilutive capital raising.

    The ELK business plan that I invested into was to JV to fund growth moving forward. Every presentation that ELK have produced showed that that planned to JV 50% of the field.

    If they knew they needed to raise capital to cover administration expenses why not several weeks ago when the SP was higher

    Clowns!
