what are the chances the directors who will be involved with all 3 companies structure something like this:
- EBM sign 50/50 JV with Regal - EBM must spend $300k to earn 50% stake in JV, thus giving the EBM shareholders a bigger stake of the pie. So, the directors of EBM (directors of TNC & Regal) want a bigger chunk of the pie, thus the JV. - TNC enter into an agreement of some description for access to technology, etc. With the cash recently raised from Gold farm outs, TNC pays EBM for this priveledge (in cambodia maybe?) - EBM takes the money from TNC, using it to fund the $300k JV spend.
Thus enabling the directors to manufacture a situation where they gain 50% of a JV without spending a cent!
Just a theory, will see what the announcement says to see how far away I am (probably a long way!)
