A 20% discount would put the sp at around the $2 mark. Lets say that only instos are allowed to take up the offer. Then what do you think will happen to the sp, how will they keep it up??? I've noticed on many other cap. raisings that the sp went to the offer amount irrespective of who did/didn't take up the offer. My guess is that even if we get none, the sp will go to about $2 anyway giving us a chance to buy it at the same price or even better than the instos.
