As i beleive we still have a couple of mil in the bank one would presume this raising has to be project related. Would speculate that they are trying to raise a few mil, several million that is, a useful amount at least and one would imagine it would be offered to both institutionals and joe publics like us at a discounted rate lets guess 12 or 13 cents. If it were not offered at least in a limited way to us guys at the current time some revolution of the peasants could be expected. Normally the share price of anything will drop around this kind of news however as long as we are putting money towards a major project I see this in the long term as good news.
