    Post adjourned AGM on 14-12-2009, MOG now have approval to place shares through Resolution 6 or 7.
    Res 6 is minimum 20c which would be great but perhaps hoping for too much ?
    Res 7 is minimum 80% vwap which would be disappointing for those that supported the RI.

    I guess Morgans will be pounding the phones to the SI client list
