Simply for the company to be upfront & honest...inform their shareholders along the way as to the state of affairs. Basically what they stated they were going to do on a regular basis.
"They could have run it down and then issued even cheaper shares."
No need for them to run it down...it does this all by itself (the share price). RRS, or it's associates, seem to have no problems in organising short term runs though. We have just witnessed another one. Often referred to pump & dumps here.
I reckon holding 5 cents won't be achievable. As a holder I would like to be proven wrong.
