This will prob be the first issue ever in Ranges history that will be to raise money to fund a cashflow producing asset. I can't complain about that. The fact that it is an entitlement to existing shareholders - can't complain about that. I'll bet it will be underwritten by interested parties. My only hope is that it is just a couple of mill and they live off the cash flow generated for a while. If they can prove up something then they could flog it within 12 months and by then this company will have made it or be broke. The 20m from the options (that are already in the money) will be for development of a find in either Georgia or Puntland or there won't be a Range and the options will be worthless.
