my opinion on the 19c seller, is possibly a long term holder making sure he is first in line, because if it is a goodannouncement he still gets the average opening price which if good news is always high, before it settles down. So I would say that he is a pretty smart trader. Remembeering also that he may well pull the share before it opens, because there is usually a half an to an hour before the share comes back on line to give traaders to set their positions.
