neither of those would be a "growth initiative" unless they are making a big acquisition themselves.

i would guess one of: geographical expansion (perhaps of their Healthy Life franchise), distribution lines opened up across pharmacies (Jasham) into healthy life stores and vice versa leading to increased product penetration, significant new product lines / export markets, distribution centre expansion etc...?

all guesses based on previous update but ann should be good though...
