I must say a capital raising was not something I was expecting.

From reports and conversations I had with NSL it appeared all was going to plan and I was advised by Sean recently cashflow wasn't an issue and the Letter of Credit was more than required to meet current committments.

If I had to guess, the only thing I can thunk off is another 'Bolt on' opportunity has presented itself and they are raising acpital to secure an opportunity.

I guess we will all find out in due course ?
