"material capital raising"
i never heard of that term, every company just say capital raising to fund current operations, or just capital raising.
the fact that they have to go to a trading halt in regard to a material capital raising suggests to me that a new project has come aboard.
Could it be mine 3? if so why raise cash to secure it and not wait to use the cash from first shipment?... interesting.
I donno if this is a negative aspect or positive.. going by the trading activity of late, id say its positive.. nsl have gained to 3.9c from 3.5.. no real selling.
