This is what was said several days ago, although if RCI have rejected the new Jindal conditions, perhaps that gives Jindal leverage to drop the price.

If the offer is to be shaved down, I would be hopeful it doesn't go below 42c, which at least gets my dollars back. But I cannot see Benny accepting 42c, it makes his options worthless.
