Is there a possibility that this is not a 'complete' financing, but a deal to address the immediate issue of the port payment/financing - which must(?) be paid in March?
Could be an agreement to extend the payment time, or an agreement with another miner to provide access to AXO's port space in exchange for the cash to pay off the port?
