thanks for correcting me there pracAccountant, yes fingers crossed for a cap raising at a premium (not discount).
Time will tell, with the cloud of the court case it does make a cap raising unappealing at first glance, however I suspect there may be an out of court settlement on the horizon, a cap raising would finalise the Lehman situation for good.
