    The combined amount of money Nexbis will pay out to these companies is $16m + $15m = $31m which exceeds the placement amount of $9.7m. So if said placement and sophisticated investors are insiders, there is still a net cash outflow from the company.

    Need to investigate the two companies still in some detail.
