Thanks *Barney*. This latest proposed acquisition is not up to my expectations, and I have now lost my appetite for buying back into NSL .Without spelling it out ;I see that NSL has been taken over by the directors and their mates, who now have well paying jobs and money in their bank accounts.
Good luck to those who have plenty of patience and have faith in the business plan
