    Hi Rich

    In my letter from NSL regarding the share offer to existing holders it clearly states 1 for 5 consolidation - so you would hold an even 20,000 post consolidation.

    Which I guess means the 20c share offer is at a bit of a premium to the market price when they went into the trading halt. Maybe the directors are confident the price is going to be north of 20c in the near term...
