    Let me get this right.

    Announced gold pour by end of week.
    Ann Halt for cap raising with 1 million in the bank.

    What does this mean?

    1) The million in the bank is not enough to get them to the gold pour.
    Reason: Why else would you cap raise before a BIG SP chaning annoucment? Thats very bad

    2) Gold pour is super, they want to emediately raise capital for expanding the plant.
