    Seems odd don't you think that this comes so quickly after C.S flies to China, yet AGO appears to be involved?

    Makes me wonder if this isn't an unsolicited move by AGO?
    Either that or something that was being set up between AXO and AGO for the last few weeks and needed Chinese go-ahead before any ann.
