Of course there is one scenario that has not been mentioned and that is, that the Bond holder has said to CTP we are not going to provide any further funds after this latest amount.
So it may well be that the CR is to fill that gap.
Now while it is sugested that the CR will be at a 25% discount. if you believe Don ( and I dont doubt his figures) then this once only hit will be chaeper than the amounts being made on the bonds at the moment.
It may be a bitter pill, but clearly a necessary one.
