YOu need to investigate how did JH our MD got his shares ?
If he got them next to nothing then it is different story;
Just look at ROG , ROhan got his shares for free he got almost 300 mln shres (becouse he brought some tentaments and time he spend) therefore he can dilute himslef alreight ;
(0+2)/2 = is stil 1 ; so in case of ROG he is still on the money;
I am not sure about JH did he pay his own cash for it ?
