The Helium study is overdue, maybe JH is doing the capital raising in support of results of that to commercialize what we all hope will be a low risk Helium play next month and start producing an income.

Good results from Gas testing, Helium and oil plays, perhaps another JV partner over the next month could see the share price pushed up so that the take up of the options are too good to overlook. Once the new shares are issued the shares may fallback a little from profit taking, but hopefully she would have broken the impasse we are currently in and are on our way to getting some income and commercialization of this stuff.
