guys have a read at this noble are not happy with the mcc offer , in fact i hope that this merger goes ahead i know it might impact the share price for a short time especially for mcc but the merger deal is good for the long run , especially with the price of coal shooting through the roof and ever increasing demand for mcc's coking coal in japan and korea.
