Yes it was somewhat confusing the way they used the term, 'the company' It was SMN at first, though then it seemed to change.
Mark could be putting pressure on the 'company' as they do want to raise funds, and he knows that we are heavily reluctant to subscribe in the SPP unless we know a lot more about what's going on. Including the 'silent partner'.
It seems to be make or break about now, so they will be doing their uttmost to get us out of the dark regarding the partner. IMO
