Well all, it was mentioned that BTV would have to soon start Issuing Shares because of the high price which they seem to be possibly paying to 'get a foot on the ground' in that lease area and then also You need to think about how some other things have been going in Iron Ore negotiations.
BTV would have been far better of using their Cash to grab a nearer term Copper etc. producer.
