I am very late entrant.
So I do not know much about the situation.
But your saying 35 cents/share looks like very best at present.

Wendnesday, before announcement big quantities have been dumped by insiders or informers and Thursday big quantities have been bought by IMO informers or insiders.

I assume, if above transactions were right, Tuesday's announcement could be not bad price for shareholders, IMO.

I am going to decide to buy more or just hold or sell.
