centro has property, clive peeters doesnt! retail only make money if they buy from supplier at low price at sell at high. if no one come to shopping, retail can not sell enough to cover expense then it will lose money. thing goes worse and it will close door. maybe they should change management team in the company .two director hold 70% shares wont give creditor any confidence for their investment
