Request for trading halt
Citadel Resource Group Limited ACN 009 727 959 (Citadel) requests a trading halt with respect to its
ordinary securities listed on ASX (ASX code: CGG) with immediate effect.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, we advise that:
(a) Citadel is seeking the trading halt pending the announcement of a capital raising;
(b) Citadel requests that the trading halt remain in place until the commencement of trading on
23 June 2010, unless Citadel makes an announcement before that time; and
(c) Citadel is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
