It is interesting the many different agenda we have.

I actually used a double negative ,'unlikely we wont' instead of 'probably will', as if i'm some lawyer covering my bases.

They have entered into talks , and gone into a trading halt, as they should do. That shows me I can trust them and the sophisticated(s). If they had gone into talks and negotiations had broken down , the sophs would be at a distinct advantage by knowing AAR's position.

Now they are talking , confidentiality agreements are the first thing to be signed.

I expect the next announcement will include the agreement , and the spp for shareholders. I could be wrong, I have that base covered, my own way, by having sold down previously in anticipation of this exact scenario.

My agenda is coming to fruition , I could not have scripted this any better.

I am not a lawyer , I practice triple and quadruple negatives for when I do have to speak to them.

I really hope this post is self explanatory for my agenda and point of view.
