Ann: Trading Halt , page-20

First of all Hangseng, I'm not much of a dreamer. I tend to see things in black and white as those that know me will painfully attest to. :-)

Secondly, We are talking about a small group of directors here who have a history of treating AAR as a private company. I believe that these "Sophisticated Investors" will be people that are currently or have proven in the past to be extremely loyal to this group as they wouldn't run the risk of bringing onboard anyone who would damage their long term plans or attempt to stage a coup somewhere in the future. They may even be amongst our current Top 20 shareholders.

As for being a slap in the face to current holders, we will have to agree to disagree there. :-)

Current shareholders wouldn't even buy on market when the price was low. A lot of them sold out after becoming stale just before the latest announcement. Another lot took advantage of the recent hike to grab something back. I'm fairly sure not many would have taken up an offer.

As mentioned, we will have to agree to dissagree. :-)

I think it is the only logical thing for them to do at this point in time.
