Failing an announcement by open today we can expect a suspension of trading. Because EKA may need more time to organise business I suggest that this may happen. There is a limit that they can issue new shares without going to a meeting of shareholders so it may not be as simple as making or taking an offer from the fundies. I may be wrong,often am, but I'm expecting a suspension today.

OR... is it an offer from AWE or AUT ????? or both
