You don't freeze a stock to announce a profit downgrade. You just announce it.
Guys, let's be a little bit more deductive here. I went back over the last two YEARS of announcements from Nufarm. EVERY trading halt was for one of two reasons:
1) A capital raising
2) A takeover offer
That is it. They never froze the stock for any other reason that I could find.
We just had a capital raising, so I would be very surprised to see another one so soon after the last one.
My bet would be we have another takeover offer coming.
