The last time they did it - a little company called Andean Resources was formed and now with more than AUD 1 Billion market cap.

Warren Gilmour and another family company seemed to have the initial shareholding in TGX after buying out LionSelection. Then Geoff Gilmour seemed to buy a very large stake that at first looked like a crossing.

Hope the former directors with their self-awarded 1c shares have now departed thge register.

So, yes this appears tightly held and the future looks very interesting indeed.
