One would hope it is a reasonable cash up-front deal because these guys are running seriously short on cash according to their last 4C lodged the other day. A burn rate of $1.2m per quarter with $1.2m in the bank. Cutting it a bit fine in my books.
If this doesn't produce up-front cash I can see another capital raising coming through.
