Price estimate looks reasonable to me. Given the expected newsflow in coming months and having no need for funds in the immediate short term I strongly believe that management wouldnt be contemplating this unless it added significant value to the company. We only have to look at the effect bringing Highland Park on the register had on the share price.

That being said I would expect we can kiss goodbye to sub $1 share prices.
