    Can anyone offer their thoughts on the following notice to s/holder rec'd dec 6, 2010

    "The Board of ATOS advised it received a notice from Ananda Retnam and Pathma Ayadurai (Majority Shareholders), shareholders holding more than 50% of the ordinary shares in the Company, of their intention to call a general meeting of members to remove certain directors from the Company"

    I'm currently a s/holder of fmj who's 2 director's are the same as the above mentioned who were successfully removed from ATW's board.

    Anyone know why?
