    So let me get this straight:
    Company raises capital from shareholders...
    Company uses that capital to pay its directors bonuses...
    Directors use a proportion of those bonuses to buy share on markets...

    And the shareholder should have faith that at least the shareholder knows the directors are putting their 'hard-earned' into buying shares of the company?

    That mate is called a swindle!
