Does anyone have any thoughts about this? Resignation of a director, the last of the old wood associated with previous management, then a TH pending the announcement of his replacement.
TH seems a little dramatic for the appointment of a new director? Must be a big gun to warrant a TH, which are usually reserved for price-sensitive announcements?
When I first saw it, thought it must be for the pending CR?
