I can't imagine what kind of ann. they could have coming up... esp. given their finances. Maybe it (the transaction) is conditional on a SPP/CR which they will proffer after the ann?
I trust this management crew a lot more than some of the fly-by-night managements on the ASX - so will be surprised if it is a cowboy-type transaction.
Let's wait and see?
