they have over 90% occupancy.they are not in breach of repayments on loans. Its valuation covenants. maybe a cap raising? Or the banks may extend? Rbs have to date supported them, and in there reports it says that every time.
Interesting the buying and market depth of recent times, someone wanted 10 mill of them?
If it is bad news it hasnt been leaked, as the buy depth was quite good , and sell depth thin.
We will all have to wait, and do the banks want fire sales at this point? It could start an avalanche, i dont thnk its what they want
