wpg is now a serious company,not just a hope stock.

bank finance of 100 odd million dollars for the project makes the company.

funds coming in for 80 mill of new capital ticks the boxes.

finally a port,a plan and plenty of cash. ok,so the last money in gets the best buying,but the chance was there even this year to top up on the cheap.

with the risks now basically market risk not 'will the project get up' risk,i will bid for what they will give me.
