Quite a cautious announcement. I think alot of people will go "I'll believe it when I see it" on the back of that. Others will probably wait for the full report (out next week) to check for fine print.
Personally, I'm happy to take a Ryder Scott report at face value. Confirmed 4.85 billion barrels of recoverable oil as legit numbers, roll on the drilling to prove it.
