IMO, the raising price itself is only relevant when they are issuing to new investors, ie placements. So it all depends on the level of placement v rights. I imagine they will focus heavily on the rights side of the equation.
the other thing to note is that if the rights are renounceable, then we will be able to trade them. So if you want rights trading to occur in any meaningful way, then you will need to issue the stock at below current prices (ie create a value for the rights) I think this is what they will look to do. When speaking to Ian last week he was keen on adding liquidity to the IFE market. This is a good way to go, IMO.
