There will be no issue raising the cash- dilution is the key factor here. As everyone has a price in mind at a price we would take on the risk.

Would have preferred the Bank route to Insto or public offering... as 30M is a fair sum for 2 small caps. Yet small in terms of the overall project.

4:1 @ 45c for TRF PLUS a TRFO Oppie for every 2 shares.

4:1 @ 85c for IFE AGAIN.

Record Date taken from early\mid Jan to give investors a chance to load on up. Plus bring more awareness to the project... should increase the SP.
