If you hold 100,000 shares then you entitled to 50,000 @ 75c... 5.9 Mil offerred to holders- all the rest to Instos.
All will have a crack at getting the discount.
All can trade the renounceable shares shortly, so you can sell them on market if you wish. I will buy them for the right price- Lol. I gather the rights will be selling for over 20c to buy at the dicount price of 75c. Yet I would LOVE to pick up a heap at under 10c.
DFS coming that is supposedly meant to show substancial upside and Roadshows to gain far more interest.
23rd Dec record date... so can buy up as many as you wish for the discount.
TRF not involved in raising... no dilution for TRF holders yet dilution of the IFE main asset.
