Jayinaussie, what you posted doesn't add up imo. You posted:

As IFE have 50.794 million shares on issue, and you are suggesting only 5.9 million will be offered to shareholders, the rest to institutions, then that is less than a 1 for 10 issue. You can't be entitled to 50,000 shares if you hold 100,000 if less than one share for every 10 you hold is being made available.
