    Yes it certainly is - so now at least $10mil net profit before tax per annum.
    When the announcement comes out in the next hour or so expect to see that IMP has bought out the minority holders(8%) in Empire Energy with shares of IMP.
    The announcement should be bullish but bad time of the year to be noticed.
