Kinda expected this had to happen.
Somebody wrote that they were told that there would be no rights issue.
That said that we as shareholders wont be involved (unless they've changed their mind).
Last rights issue was undersubscribed so I don't blame them for leaving us out.
They need more working capital and a broader investor base I think so I believe this will be a good thing.
So who is puting up the money and what are they paying ?
What will be the dilution ?
Hope it's not too hard on the current Sp - already pretty low.
Still, we had to get this out of the way to move on.
