Mindax should stay in suspension until both of the pending announcements are released to the market. The share price has lingering in the 40's for many months with a high of 50c and a low of 35c since the previous placement. Recently, the share price has been in the range of 35c-42c so hopefully the price is at least at a premium to those prices. It is hard to judge a fair price when the volume is so low, the buy depth is non-existant and a single order can change the price +/- 5c.
